Ingredients: Olives of arbequina variety from Rueda region.
Elaboration: Extra virgin olive oil obtained from olives picked by mechanical methos and cold extraction.
Tasting notes: Green color with golden tones. On the nose, soft fruity of fresh olives aromas, with slight hints of green apple and artichoke, and a hint of spice characteristic of arbequina olives, that have a high percentage in oleic acid and polyphenols, which gives them extraordinary stability. On the mouth has an elegant entrance and is smooth and sweet on the palate.
Pairing: Excellent for cooking fish, vinaigrettes and mayonnaises. Suggested to replace butter in the preparation of cakes and creams. Very suitable to use crude.
Presentation: 250 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml and 1,5 L bottles.
